If interested in purchasing one of the puppies that are not ready for shipment you will need to put a deposit of 50% down to hold the puppy you desire. The balance including shipping must be paid for prior to shipping the pup. I will have the puppy examined and checked out by my local Veterinarian. After the visit I will let you know if the puppy has any problem. If it has a problem you have the right to refuse the puppy at this time. Also you are required to take the puppy to your Veterinarian within 72 hrs or 3 days after you receive the puppy, for a check up. If the veterinarian finds anything wrong at that time you can return it for your money back or another dog. If you’re puppy checks out okay, then this will end my 100% money back guarantee. All my poodles are sold as pet quality only. I do not stand behind any genetics’ once your veterinarian examines the puppy and says it is okay. For all returns the buyer must notify seller with documented proof from a qualified Veterinarian with results of a negative nature for our file. If the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the pup after 72 hours the puppy will be exchanged for a similar pup as soon as one is available. A letter must be provided from the examining veterinarian and the pup must be returned within 48 hours. If the buyer does not live locally he/she is to notify seller immediately to make arrangements for the return of the puppy. Once the puppy has cleared the initial vet exam it will be understood that seller has provided a healthy pup and that the care of the pup is now in the hands of the buyer.

We do not give cash refunds. These small poodles are very fragile when they are young and should not be treated as a child's toy. All Transporting/Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. No exchange will be made after the 72 hour time period and no vet bills will be refunded. This pup is not guaranteed to be of show or breeding quality. Color and size is not guaranteed, only estimated. In the unlikely event that the new owner wants the seller to buy back a puppy, (and the breeder agrees) the new owner will agree to forfeit 1/2 of the purchase price.

Puppies are exchanged in the first 72 hours if all of the following are met;

• The puppy is said to be unacceptable by a Veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup.
• There must be a Veterinarians written statement explaining the problem.
• The puppy must be returned alive within a 72 hour period.
• We do not exchange or guarantee puppies against hypoglycemic problems/Low Blood Sugar, Ear Mites, Worms, or Fleas and they are not grounds to return a puppy.
• Out of state puppy buyers will have to pay shipping costs to replace a puppy.

By accepting ownership of a puppy, the buyer acknowledges reading and agrees to abide by this agreement.
